Chris Tucker is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ESCO Technologies Inc.  Mr. Tucker began his career with the Company in April 2021.  Prior to joining ESCO, Mr. Tucker worked at Emerson for 24 years most recently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Emerson’s Commercial and Residential Solutions reporting segment.  During his time at Emerson, Mr. Tucker worked in corporate finance and accounting roles as well as investor relations.  His last 13 years at Emerson were in financial leadership roles with different operating units, including overseas assignments.  Mr. Tucker has a long track record of delivering strong financial results which has earned him broader scope and increasing responsibility throughout his career.

Prior to joining Emerson, Mr. Tucker spent three years at a major accounting firm where he worked in the audit assurance group for a broad range of clients in the manufacturing, healthcare and not-for-profit industries.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
