Alyson Schlinger Barclay is Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of ESCO Technologies. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Business Administration, received her Juris Doctor from Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University and received a Masters of Law in taxation from Washington University.

Ms. Barclay began her career with the Company in 1988 prior to ESCO’s spin-off from Emerson Electric in 1990. In 1995 Ms. Barclay was promoted to Assistant General Counsel, in 1999 to Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel and to her current position in November 2008.

Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Barclay served in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Ms. Barclay is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
