    Dave Schatz is Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of ESCO Technologies Inc. He has been an integral part of the Company’s legal team since 1998 with a 27 year history of assuming positions with increasing responsibility, including nearly a decade of direct operating unit experience. Mr. Schatz has extensive knowledge of the company’s operations, technologies, intellectual property, regulatory matters, M&A and other complex legal matters. He is also responsible for driving improvements in the Company’s Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University.

    Mr. Schatz is licensed to practice law in Missouri and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He was recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as General Counsel of the Year in 2023. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

    Mr. Schatz was elected as Secretary of the Company in April 2021.

      Mr. Tucker has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2021. Since joining ESCO he has prioritized broadening the capabilities of the finance and IT teams at ESCO while also strengthening financial reporting and planning systems. Prior to joining ESCO, Mr. Tucker worked at Emerson Electric Co (NYSE: EMR) for 24 years, most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Emerson’s Commercial and Residential Solutions business segment.

      Prior to joining Emerson, Mr. Tucker spent three years at a major accounting firm where he worked in the audit assurance group for a broad range of clients in the manufacturing, healthcare and not-for-profit industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
